Key strokes for alt take
Someone once showed me a way to click on a region, and call up alternate takes. Now I can't remember it! I'm too damn young for these "senior" moments! Also, if you know the button combo to map plug in automation to the faders on Procontrol, that would be greatly appreciated as well.

I think you're talking about holding Command (apple) on a Mac and clicking in the region with the selector tool. This should bring up all similar takes, if I'm not having a senior moment!
