Avid Store site crashed during order
Today I ordered PT12 Annual Upgrade Plan. Right after I payed required amount of 214 EUR the site crashed for unknown reason (might be internet problem?). I opened the site again and PT12 order was still sitting in my cart. Nevertheless, the money was taken off my account to Avid. Though I didn't receive any confirmation emails about completed order. And PT12 didn't appeared in "my products and subscriptions".
Of course, I saved screenshot with my bank account and 214EUR amount reserved for Avid. Wrote to the support, waiting for the reply. I trust guys at Avid will help me with this. Or maybe Jeffro? Please? :)

Two external HD (7200 rpm, 64 cache): Buffalo DriveStation (for audio projects) + OWC Pro (for instruments' libraries). Instruments and plugins: NI Komplete 9 and East West Complete Composer's Collection 2 and other. Moved from Cubase 3 to PT10+MboxPro. Very happy with PT10!
