Safari cannot open page
Greetings all -
Upon logging in to my Avid account and then going to the product download page, I get an error saying Safari cannot open the page. This happened after I upgraded to PT 11.1. I also updated from Mountain Lion to Maverick. Am I missing something or is the Avid download site having issues? Thank you in advance for any suggestions. MS |

Re: Safari cannot open page
Firefox and Chrome did not work for me. Cannot even access through my iPad. Strange. The next step is trying my wife's laptop or the other iMac in the house.
Cannot access through any house computer. The older iMac is running mountain lion while the laptop is running Maverick. All iPads are current. Must be a Safari issue. OK, color me brain dead....I should have searched the forum before my post because, I found this issue has been asked and it was suggested to use this llnk, which worked for me: https://account.avid.com/index.cfm?navid=574 |
