Can I buy a Pro Tools reinstatement if I have a ProTools 11 HD licence ? [SOLVED]

Question more in detail :

I have a ProTools HD 11 bundle and want to upgrade/downgrade this to a NON ULTIMATE ProTools 2019 version with yearly subscription (especialy now re-instatement is still possible)
Is this possible ?
