I too just had this happen to me. Can someone open a case for me as well? I for sure have a valid HD license on my ilok, it's valid until Dec 26, 2017. Any help is appreciated.

Checked the iLok account based on your community email and I only see a Pro Tools 11 Bundle (nothing with an expiration date). Guessing you might be referring to another account, so might be best to start a registration support case.

I see a few Pro Tools HD Perpetual Bundles as well as the older Pro Tools HD with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 (authorizes 10.0-12.5.2). Not sure which you are having trouble with, so I started a case on your behalf. (Note that you can do this in the future via my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment > Create A Case, or you could call using your product's System ID if it's more urgent.)

How can I submit a ticket? I have 3 computers doing this now. We own 25 licenses (educational institution). Our full classes are currently sharing protools stations, which is not okay.

Any suggestions would be great. I can PM our email and ilok info.
