Pro Tools 12.2 not recognizing perpetual license

I'm having an issue that just started out of no where. I was able to launch PT12 with no issues up until today. I have PT 12.2 academic. License is active, iLok is plugged in. Cannot boot up PT.

Change ports? iLok light comes on? Try a friend's computer? Have you changed anything since last use?

Nope nothing has changed. iLok light is on. Tried changing ports. iLok license manager shows that my PT12 license is active. I upgraded to 12.4 thinking that might resolve the issue, but still no luck.
