Structure Smart Knobs not

The Structure Smart Knobs should have default parameters with each patch.
There are none and Right Clicking on the knob yields a greyed out Smart Knob selection.

Sorry, I need to clarify further.
This is not a how to question.
I am an experienced user of Structure.

Since upgrading to 11.2.2 from PT LE, Structure is broken.
Right clicking on either the Smart Knob itself or the parameter I wish to
assign to the SK yields a greyed out selection.


Something is wrong with the folder structure as all other VIs show a menu when you click on the <Factory Default> button or the double squares.
Structure does not.

Several full deletes and reinstalls.
Structure is not seeing it's <Factory Default> even after I browse and select it.

All the other VIs have a folder under Documents/Pro Tools/Plug-in Settings.
Structure does not.

Creating a folder and moving the patches there is no help.
The installer puts them in Apps- AIR Music Technology- Structure.

I have searched for hidden files.
Something is mis-directing Structure.

Assuming you’re using Structure version 2.0.2 from the AIR Instrument Expansion Pack - Structure 2.0.2 works fine for me in Pro Tools 11.2.1 on Windows. (I’ve noticed other people reverting to 11.2.1 for a variety of reasons.

I'm having the same problem after upgrading from ProTools Express to PT 11.3 tonight =\

Worked fine before the upgrade, now the smart knobs dont have the default assignments for the factory patches. Seems like a bug in the plugin.

Have you tried the Structure 2.0.4 update?
