So name change worked as far as being recognized in EuControl under Surfaces. But after opening up a PT session I still can't get the iPad app to be engaged. iPad is still stating 'Not Connected' in red. I did open peripherals and attempted to engaged WiFi Eucon etc, but still no dice.

No dragging possible. The iPad shows up in both columns automatically. It's greyed out under the left column and placed in under the right. But like I said it populates in both as soon as I open the EuControl app on the iPad.

Also did set up PT correctly. Even making sure that I selected WiFi. But when I tried to select a controller from the listing, it still says none.

I don't understand this..where are you selecting WiFi, and where are you trying to select a controller? Neither of these is needed so could be whats going wrong.

The good news is in EuControl the iPad App is now seen and connected correctly.

In PT Setup -> Peripherals -> Ethernet Controllers -> Ethernet Port Check Enable and select Wi-Fi under Ethernet Port..... Also check Enable EUCON.
Sorry if this makes no sense.

Don't turn on Ethernet, See attached from the guide.

If WiFI is turned on in your Mac Network Prefs but you are connected by an Ethernet cable turn it off. Make sure to reboot if you do this.

Done. Still says Not Connected.

OK. Let me go back and clarify a few things then because it should be working from what you tell me.

• In EuControl the iPad Control shows and is in the right-hand column (as well as the left)
• In PT just the EUCON checkbox in peripherals is selected.
• You have a session open in PT.

With all this can you multi-finger swipe up on the iPad and then force quit the Control App. Then restart it and report back. If you can't do that, then hold the power key down on the iPad until it says shut down...do that and restart.
