Another month, another "your licence has expired" message, another day when I cannot use Pro Tools.
Auto-renew is on, I emailed support a few days ago and was told that "higher management" would look into the issue. This started in September 2015, how long does it take to sort it out??

Hello! I am also experiencing the same issue as many on here. Since 12.6 went live, I have not been able to authorize Pro Tools. In my iLok License Manager, it shows that my Subscription license is live, but my Pro Tools 12 license is expired, and it has not dropped a new one to activate. This is very frustrating! I have work that needs to be done soon! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Now having this issue. Payment comes out each month, this month my licence is showing as pending. Can't work, can't do anything. Thanks Avid.

Hey, Tope! You seem to be able to fix this license issue we've been having, or at least provide assistance. I haven't been able to access Pro Tools since my subscription updated. In my iLok License Manager, the "Pro Tools Subscription" license is current and valid, but it never dropped a new "Pro Tools 12" license. Any help would be appreciated!

Second month in a row this is happening to me. I contacted Tech Support last month and they gave me a temporary license or something until 11/13/16, today.

Today PT won't open, PT Plan shows active in iLok Manager etc.

Just found this thread so I haven't read most of it and have a question: how many PT subscribers is this happening to? Is it just happening to the lucky few posting here or all PT subscribers?

Same issue here, this is the second month in a row this happened. I asked last month if this would happen again, they said no, here we are. I have another friend who has also had the issue a few times.

Quite frustrating when I have my final album-project for school, and I cannot work on it, less than a month away.

Please check your email for a case notice, thanks! (Note that the Pro Tools Subscription license replaces your Pro Tools 12 license.)
