Same problem here, came back from a small tour and pro tools isn't working.

Same problem. First time renewing subscription. PT 12. Case: 03125473 Big happy green "Active" on my account page, big fat expired on iLok.

Same problem. Annual subscription. Renewed it a week before expiration. Avid shows I am active, iLok says I'm expired. How is this still an issue?

Hello.
Same here. I posted a case yesterday and didn't get any answer, not even "Hi, we received your case" Hope i'll have better luck here. I HAVE to work NOW, and I'm messing around trying to understand this underexplained iLok procedure. I'm sure I "surrendered" what I had to, and now I'm messing around installing and uninstalling previous versions. What's happening? |

Hi,
I am having exactly the same problem. I have a monthly Pro Tools subscription which is active on my online Avid account and on my iLok but when I try to open Pro Tools it says I have no licenses in my account. Incredibly frustrating spending money on a product that locks you out every month. Please can someone help? |

I started a support ticket this morning, but have yet to hear back, so I though I'd post on here. Having an issue with my ilok licenses and PT 12.7. Software is claiming I don't have a current supporting upgrade plan, which is not the case, I'm paid thru Dec 2017. Case ID is 03130970
