Activating my PT9 to PT10-PT11 upgrade is an endless loop?

Hi,

I purchased a PT9 to PT10 upgrade after the upgrade to PT10 and get PT11 too deal was announced.

I finally went to activate the PT10 upgrade as I read that the upgrade deal only worked through June 30th.

I installed the latest iLok Manager and it sees my existing iLok licenses.

I have gone through the process of trying to get to my downloads several times and it's an endless loop.

The Avid account area accepts my code, see my PT9 license at iLok.com but I never get to a link to down load either PT10 or PT11.

My iLok account has not been updated to say that I have either upgrade license.

I have received an email from Avid stating that it has accepted my activation code and that I have a PT11 license.

I just can't find a way to download PT10 and PT11 nor a way to actually load my iLok with the licenses.

I'm on Win7x64. I downloaded the latest JAVA and I tried several browsers.

What can I do next?

FWIW,

I just tried the process over again after waiting a couple hours and every thing seems to have worked fine.
