Default Importing EFX Busses

I was wondering why sometimes when I import exf busses from another session I get stereo busses with two sub mono busses and sometimes without (only stereo busses no sub mono..)
I'd prefer to get stereo busses with two sub mono busses all the time because like that I can also route a mono track into only one side of my reverb..
