Default Audio Files

Quick question for the experts. . .

1. How do you get rid of the digi-translator trial window from coming up once the trial has expired?

2. How do you prevent protools from trying to search for an audio file track once it's been deleted from the session? If this is not clear here is an example:

I deleted a few tracks from my session but when I re-open the session protools searches for those files and I have to hit skip all in order for the session to open?

Sorry if this has been posted before. . .

I can answer the first one...
From the DigiTranslator Guide, Installation and Authorization:

To uninstall the DigiTranslator option:

On Windows, use the Add/Remove Programs control panel to modify the Pro Tools installation. Deselect the DigiTranslator option, click Next, and then click Finish.

I think the answer to the second is
to delete the regions from the regions list
or in hide sight maybe consolidate the track first before deleting it.
