PT9 Crossgrade from M-Powered 8.0.3

So I'm trying to activate protools 9 crossgrade from M-Powered and I keep getting this message:

"There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account"

I have had an avid account since the 001 days, Recently I registered my Fast Track but it doesn't show up on my avid account.

Ilok account registration succesful (brand new ilok)

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Did you register your copy of M-Powered at some point?

Also the dealer that you bought Pro Tools from should be able to assist you with this, it's a sales/registration issue, not really a support issue...

Any ideas on how to do that? My apologies for not being as specific as I could have. The said error message pops up on Avids "Activate & Download Your Product" Screen. My Ilok is definitely registered now, I can log in and see it right there in front of me. Is there maybe a way to register the Fast Track with Ilok? That seems a little redundant to me, since you don't actually have to have an Ilok for the running of Fast Track, Pro Tools won't start without it.
Or are you saying I need to register the M-Powered 8.0.3? My software didn't come with an activation card.

Where did you buy your PT9 Crossgrade from? You really need to contact them. The registration of software should be part of up and running support. In order for you to qualify for the MPowered crossgrade you need to have a copy of MPowered registered.

If you are spending your hard earned money with a dealership that is not helping you with these issues- you need to find another dealership. The problem you are having is not a support issue (that can be resolved here) it's a sales/registration issue. Your dealer should know how to resolve this for you.

Guitar Center is where I purchased the product, are you positive the Fast Track comes with software registration? And will it register with Ilok? I ask because of the error message: "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account"

That's really sad that with the sheer amount of resources that GC has- they cannot help you use the software you bought from them.

Your AVID account needs to see that you owned M-Powered. If you never registered M-Powered the AVID site will not see that you have the 'right' to get the crossgrade discount.

You need to call GC and get them to straighten this out for you- or tell them you will return the software and never shop there again.

The Fast Track interface Comes with M-Powered Essential 8, Not M-Powered 8.
No software key or registration comes with the Fast Track. A $149.95 Upgrade to full M-Powered 8 (which requires an ILok) is required Before the Crossgrade to Pro Tools 9 can be completed. I don't know if I'm an idiot or just miss informed.
