Try trashing the com.digidesign.structure.plist file from Users > Admin > Library > Preferences.
and trashing Digidesign Databases off root level of every drive. Then reinstalling the update. If still crashing Pro Tools, what are you doing when it crashes? Is it immediately when structure opens? Is it indexing new content? Any more info to help us help u?
