Problems downloading PT8 LE on Mac

When I click on 'pause', the resume button is greyed out and I cannot restart the download.

I have tried the download a couple of times. It seems very slow, the downloader says it will take over 8 hours. And then it gets stuck about 2/3 of the way through.

How can I just restart the download?

MacOS 10.5.5, Intel core duo macbook pro running Safari.
Thanks for any info.
