Why is AVID making it hard for me to buy their product?
Hi all.
A little frustrated here! I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version of PT and added it to the cart. I've jumped through the necessary hoops (iLok and all) and when I get to the payment page I'm met with an error and can't proceed. The paymrnt page wont load. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried a different browser?
I started having issues with my AVID account on Safari but it works fine on Chrome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Crazy, isn't it? I've been buying software online ever since there was such a thing. About two and half decades. Thousands of purchases. Never have I encountered any company with a worse implementation than Avid. They could hardly do much worse if they wanted to keep people from buying from them.

Nope, happening al the time with other comapnys too. ran into this twice last week, somehow payment info is not being accepted/processed.......taking days of back and forth with support, (not AVID's)

You're not running an ad blocker in your browser are you?
I found that I could not send payments on a lot of sites when my ad blocker was enabled. Just a thought...
