I use EZ CD Creator and Nero

Wavelab, is what I use for mastering, with Wave's, Dynasone and various plugs.

You have the ability the set order and level of each track as well as add CD-Text
for you compilation. You can make crossfades between songs add hidden tracks
and also burn from it as well.

For basic ordering and Burning I also use Nero.

You can get it alone for $200 just about anywhere.

You can get it as part of the SoundForge 7 bundle for $245 including SoundForge and Sony Noise Reduction plugin from AudioMIDI.com

I like burning CDs the old-fashioned way, with a little lighter fluid and a match. Gives it kind of a Hendrix at Monterey feel.

I have used Nero, CD creator, and lately I have been stuck on Sony's NTI Gold program which is pretty cool. If you have friends that use certain ones, you can check out the structure and feel of each program and decide best which one you like.
