Default monitor routing m-audio fast track ultra

Hello,
I have been using my m-audio fast track ultra for years, however I have never been able to figure out how to route each input to an individual output.
I have 4 inputs and 4 outputs on the back panel and I would like each of the 4 inputs to route separately to an individual output. so I don't want to hear all inputs on all outputs.
Does anyone have any clue how to do this?
In Cubase I have assigned each input to an individual output, however I still keep hearing all inputs coming out of all outputs.

I even had someone who is highly skilled with a degree in sound tech trying to help me with this and he never figured out a solution. Maybe I'm just really bad at explaining.
I know normally most people don't need their machines to do this; in fact they want all inputs to go to all outputs. But I don't.
Thanks!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't use Cubase myself, but try this link:http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=...ec161d462f8a12
