Default 8.0.3 update not working so well

Hi, there. everything seemed to work very well (apart from EZ player on a mac) with PT LE 8.0.1 but the recent 8.0.3 update messes up with my Addictive Drums (the latest version) , it keeps crashing so bad. EZ player still crashes, too. Toontrack stuff is so unstable on PT (Mac system). Ez player works alright on Logic but on my PT it crashes like nobody's business.. i contacted them but they blamed on Digi.. aww

A bit more detail about your system would be good.
What troubleshooting steps have you gone through?

Can't speak of addictive drums but EZDrummer and Superior Drummer are working on my set up with no problems.

hi, i have a macbook (white) 2GB RAM, OSX10.5.6, everything worked amazingly with 8.0.1, Addctive Drums was fine with it. But EZ player pro has been very poor in PT. Toontrack support is not helpful when it comes to PT on mac systems.

The thing is, everything works fine with 8.0.1, i actually went back to it again and now everything works (not Ez player pro, it has probs with AD, but with BFD it works). i think 8.0.3 is not yet compatible with some plugs/samplers? well, vice versa.

Hi, need more detail. First off I use EZ a lot in all my sessions. Usually after rendering a snare or kick in Drum Tracker just to sure-up a snare or kick sound.

I've been using EZ from 7.4 to 8.0,cs1 and 2 and now 8.03 with no issues.
I'm mixing a session that started on 7.4 HD, then to 8.0.1cs2 LE with EZ, upgraded to 8.0.3 and the session is working fine.

Have you trashed your prefs??? Have you read any of the Tech Sup doc's in the sticky section? "Help us help you"?

Hi thanks for your reply. prefs and volumes trashed and permissions repaired, in fact i did all the trouble shooting steps few weeks ago. everything worked fine with 8.0.1.

Toontrack blames on Addictive Drums and Digi.. im telling them there are bugs with EZ player Pro on PT. it crashes with AD and the latest update does not have SSD 3.5 on PT even theres a correct mapping on Logic. BFD works fine with EZP, and Logic is fine with EZplayer too. just PT is not liking EZ player pro. its just tested by Toontrack properly, they shouldnt really advertise their software when they havent fully tested with all the DAWs and Drum samplers.

Paul, can you see a mapping (in MapWrap) for Steven Slate Drums 3.5 (SSD 3.5), in you EZ player Pro? the latest update (1.0.5) is supposed to have SSD 3.5 but theres only 3.0 maps. my version is the correct version, on the logo it shows 1.0.5.

EZ player stops functioning when Addictive Drums is there, tried and tested.

AD and SSD works perfectly on their own in PT but when EZplayer pro comes in, everything doenst work. it crashes or freezes. while BFD works well there...
