It would be great if the Plugin updater (Avid Link) would finally work and shows the most recent updates.
Again it did nor show the falcon update....... like he missed a lot of other plugins in the past or told me to update to driver 2018.10 when already 2018.12 was available.

But I dont care much. Just saying

Ale

The new update of Waves CLA Mixhub adds a Lite version that can save up to 30% CPU and only affect slightly the quality of the EQ module, they say it uses a shorter FIR.

What we need is an app that automatically keeps track of all the plugins and software we have and automatically notifies us when updates and upgrades are available. I'm at the point where its just hard to keep up. Seems like every time I go to use something there's an update available. When you have 50-100+ (or more) programs, apps, plugins etc, a nice 3rd party program that keeps track of it all would be really nice. If anyone knows of such an animal, please let us know!

Hi Donald
I haven’t tried this yet, but I really hope it does the job for all updates:
CCleaner Pro’s Software Updater "scans your PC and shows any available updates - select which apps you want to update and queue them up"

CCleaner Professional trial version here
https://www.ccleaner.com/news/releas...eaner-v5557108

Release Notes
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/release-notes
v5.55.7108 (12 Mar 2019)
Software Updater (CCleaner Professional edition)
- Added new Software Updater feature to the ‘Tools’ menu
- Scans your PC and shows any available updates
- Select which apps you want to update and queue them up
- More improvements coming soon!

Browser Plugins
- Fixed Opera plugins not displaying correctly

Fingers crossed!!

The closest thing I've found is plugin managers, that's one of the reasons that can make me spend money again on a company (and the reason I'm not using as many freebies lately), especially when two different companies have similar tools. Izotope, Plugin Alliance, Native Instruments have good ones, Waves works fine but can't uninstall separate plugins. I wish all the plugins I need would be from just one company... With a good plugin manager

Maybe we can contact the developer with the suggestion?

Good idea, Andrei - thanks!

Just joined the Piriform Community Forums and requested that CCleaner Pro Software Updater also adds update offers for all the Audio Plug-ins shown in Windows Program and Features. (There’s also a Mac version).

Will post reply (if & when) ….
