Anyone have the PT 12 HD yet? I Don't
Ok, yesterday, I paid the $599.00 plus tax for the HD annual support plan with the expectation that I'd have access to PT 12 HD right away. Although a AVID member has attempted to help me, I still don't have ANYTHING. This is pure BS and is not the way things should be done!! I'm really getting tired of reading that they're batching the updates etc.... When I give you $599 and you give me NOTHING it's unacceptable no matter how you look at it. As a HD owner and owner of many other AVID products, this is simply NOT what I expect from what's supposed to be a first class company. It's really sad that any AVID customer would be treated this way, but especially your PRO customers that pay out the yin yang for your products.
I was given NO warning or communication that upon giving AVID $599 that I wouldn't get access to the software that's the reason I purchased the support. Perhaps if I had been advised of this, I would have done something different. So no, I'm not going to be patient, I'm just going to call my credit card company and contest the charge. Perhaps the credit card company can get a response from you that I can't. #nothappyatall |

Did you right the support which you are now officially entitled to ?
Or does that not cover AVID Store Support.
