Default How Can I Get Rid Of Latency In Pro Tools Le?

well i bought this set up bout a couple of months back and i was trying it out non stop i know they say you are supposed to lower the buffer size and stuff and i did all the things to my cpu to make sure everything runs right but every time i try to record i and i have my mbox 2 mini mix dial in the middle i get a nice lil echo/delay any tips ?

There is no ADC built-in, just turn the dial fully left or fully right.

mute the track your recoding, you won't get the echo
