Default Use Your Utilities-Friendly Alien Reminder

I have seen alot of posts here about drives not working that seem to be an issuse of not using the three utilities on a regular ie.monthly basis (or more often depending on usage.) Firewire drives are constantly moving files, dropped(oops), generally more so then the ata scsii bretheren, and we forget to rebuild the directory, run the 'doctor' and 'speed', and get 'tech' on the surface. (I tried to not mention the companies by name).

So this is just a friendly reminder Use Your Utilities. The time it takes to run the three, wil be returned 10 fold in the perfect take on the slammin session, that did 'not' give disc errors, dae errors, and crash then system.
