Pro tools 2019.5 don't recognize Ilok
Hi everyone!
from my product details and download links I have installed Pro tools 2019.5 that don't recognize Ilok. I am owner of perpetual pro tools and my subscription expires on Dec 28, 2019. Naturally i have installed Pro tools 2018.12 again and work fine. What can i do? Thanks Alessandro

You should check you have the latest version of ILM installed and that it sees your iLok and licenses in it. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling ILM ...
Failing that you likely need help from Avid Customer support. They may notice this post here and I'll try to let them know. But the best thing you can do is open a support case for software registration/activation after doing the ILM checks above.
