Default Hardware interface requirements for protools version upgrade

Hello.

I need to know what Hardware interface requirements (if at all) do I need to upgrade my protools version from 6.1 to 7.x.

In other words, I currently have an Mbox 1. Can I still use it if I upgrade my protools version to 7.x??

I live outside the US, and I just don't trust the people at the local dealership (yes, there´s only one for the whole country). If you know what I mean....

Thank you!

The original Mbox is still fully supported as of 7.4.

Here's the compatibility list for the Mbox, which shows 7.4 supported.

You will be able to use your Mbox 1 on any later version of Pro Tools.
