Default BWF File import problem - help!

I have a wav. backup disk from an Akai DPS24. These wav's are saved as timestamped Broadcast wav files.
I used to use Protools 7.4 and an Mbox as an editing platform with my Akai and used to drop these wav. files into protools from the Akai and line them up to there timestamp using spot mode.
I have a new 003 and imac and when I try to import these timestamped wav. files protools spot mode says they are "out of range" and they won't import to time stamp.
This is a real issue, anyone got any ideas please!

Change your Session Start time... Command+2... your session start is after the time stamp.
