Interesting idea. Maybe v7 is putting some files in strange places. . . Let me know how it goes.

If someone can, it's not me. I developed it using AppleScript Studio, so it cannot be recompiled for Windows.

Thanks everybody for your support and suggestions.

The development was slow down by the arrival of a new born. As soon as it sleep long enough I will get back to it.

Hello, I recently began using the delete prefs/database program and it's wonderful. One problem I'm having is that when I re-open Pro Tools my I/O has been scrambled (returned to default?) Thank you.

The Hardware setup is saved in the Digisetup.OSX file. As fo I/O labels, you have to export your setups from the I/O setup window.

Thank you very much. So, if this was a situation where we were in a hurry then running the delete Digisetup.OSX file would not be a good idea? we have several hardware pieces (96/192 & Digital 192), so it kind of slows things down setting back up--is that because deleting the Digisetup.OSX sets the hardware to a default state?
