PT10.1.2 Win7 Video scrub problems

Dear All

Another PT10 problem for me. I cant seem to make the video scrub with audio when I hold down window command key and scrub the audio.

Normally I would hold down the window command key and the picture would follow the scrub shuttle??

Anyone else having this problem and any solutions. Its really annoying.

Try installing the newest version of Pro tools... 10.2.0

Just updated to latest version 10.2

Has made no difference :-(

Im currently using my second monitor so not through the firewire port.
I will try updating my nvidia drivers and quicktime.

Other than that im at a loss???

Have updated latest Nvidia drivers and quicktime. I am still unable to scrub shuttle any quicktime picture when i hold the windows command key. The audio scrubs but the picture does not move with it.
