AAF file size limit????

This is a bit out of 'Pro-Tools' but perhaps someone knows the answer. The video editor is trying to export the AAF file from Premier cc. He is exporting 'enbeded' audio in the AAF but the export fails at about minute 18. It is a 95 minute film with 16 audio tracks coming from the video editor.

He has: Mac Pro (trash can)
Adobe Premier CC
16 audio tracks
95 minute feature film
He is adding 10 second handles

Does the AAF have the same 2 gig limit as OMF? I though AAF had no limit.

Premier is not real good at AAFs
if you want to use Advanced Field Recorder Workflow, get a Reference AAF of the production audio tracks then link back to the original (assuming you have HD or CPTK)
and render out the video separately

OMF with external audio is the way to go with Premiere

What about AAF in Premier isn't working properly? The company I work for is looking at moving from Edious to Adobe Creative Cloud. I'll be ok with OMF but was hoping to get AAF files if possible.

AAF is fine, just don't embed. Even Media Composer crashes on larger sequences using embedded
