Pro Tools is EUCON. This is for Mackie Control DAW's. Remove it as it will confuse the issue.

Is there any point that EuControl actually runs, or does it always throw that error?

Yes, I select that option, reboot, reinstall and reboot. but I reboot and Run EuControl, The same error occurred.

The logs show it trying to pick a different network adapter. Do you have any others enabled? Wifi? VPN ? If not try this.

Uninstall EUCON again as before. Then from Windows uninstall Bonjour. Then reboot and install EuControl again (which will instal the correct version of Bonjour)
