Default PCI-E Host Adapter for Expansion HD

Hi guys, Our PCI G5 host adapter for our Expansion HD has gone bang. We've taken this opportunity to upgrade to an INtel mac but still want to use the chassis with PT8. Does anyone know of someone who has a PCI-e version of the host adapter card? I've been trawling the web and can't find one on ebay etc. Digi have been not forthcoming with any spares or info. Their answer is buy a new chassis and card. I've seen a very similar card from small-tree.com that looks identical to the card required but knowing Digi I'm sure they've tweaked it somehow. Any help would be very grateful

Cheers guys

Unhappy Re: PCI-E Host Adapter for Expansion HD

Hi Paul,
From memory the original PCI host card was flashed by Digi so I doubt that a similar PCIe HBA will work. Sounds like you may need the Magma pe6r4...
