True-Z can make a difference, but with Active pickups, all settings sound pretty much the same - except 1M, which sounds the best to me on MOST amps/Rigs when using active pickups. Other wise I just leave True-Z on Auto, which usually defaults to 230k, at least for me because I use a Green screamer on a majority of rigs, without a DIST box ON, the Auto setting for me is usually 1M + Cap.
The exact Auto setting depends on what is ON in your signal chain at a given time and how it is structured.
