11R Control window not showing settings

Hi Guys

I recently upgraded from Pro Tools 8 to Po Tools 10.

The problem is now when I open the 11R control window, none of the setting are shown. It shows no amps or pedals and I cant figure out why.

I don't have the expansion pack, so the I don't think that s the problem.

Can anyone help me please??

You may try a re-install of PT10, then update PT10 to the latest version.

Make sure you have the drivers for the 11R installed, as they are NOT installed by Pro Tools, you have to install them manually now.

I'm busy re-installing Pro Tools10 and all my plug-ins. I do have the latest firmware and drivers installed for the 11R.

Ill let you know what happens after I've re-installed everything.

Re-installing Pro Tools 10 and all my Plug-ins, seemed to do the job. All is good now
