Default Playing Trillian patches with Omnisphere

I've had a LOT of trouble with Trillian (Pt M-powered 8.0.1cs1, XP Pro, 4 GB RAM, intel Xtreme 3 ghz). It delays playback, crashes protools, or simply stops protools for wanting to play anything at all. Omnisphere, after the latest updates, work very well, and someone in another forum claimed to be able to use trillian patches within omnisphere. Does anyone know how to do this? What a waste of cash to not be able to use the damn thing. It works fine in cubase 5, but as i have come to learn, it is a piece of crap compared to PT.
