Audiosuite plugin automation

I am just wondering if there is a way to process the automations that you've done from a plugin, with audiosuite?

f.ex if i have used a flanger effect on a track, and tweaked some knobs in the plugin to be automated at certain points in the track.
Is there a way to process this automation on the track using audiosuite?

I don't think you can automate Audio Suite. Audio Suite isn't real time, it's a one time process. Once it's done, it affects the signal on the edit screen. You can highlight what part you want changed, and AudioSuite does that.

If you want to automate plugins, do it in the mixer window. Choose a plugin on a track, and open the plugin. There's a little sideways "8" in the upper right of the window. I think that's the automation button. It allows you to choose different functions in the plug in, like master bypass, for instance. You also have to have the track in latch mode, I think. It's been a while since I've done it. But this is the only way you can automate a plugin.

okey thanx. guess i'll just have to get more processing power if i am gonna run all of the plugins with automation :P
