HUI Sync between SSL Duality and PT11 HDX11

Is there anyone out there able to help me with Pro Tools 11 HDX11 using the HUI Protocol I lose sync when relocating to a different spot in my track using a SSL Duality SE 48 channel console on board automation.
It works fine back in Po Tools 10 HDX11 with the same Pro Tools session without any problems.

I have sent emails to SSL asking them is there any know issues with there software talking between my Duality and Pro Tools 11 HDX.
They are saying no . They are complaint with the HUI standard.

Which makes me think there is a bug in Pro Tools 11 HDX cause it only happens when I am working in PT11.
I then have to go back to PT10 then lose half my plug-ins on my session.

All my session setup windows are the same in both 10 or 11

My system is MacPro OSX 10.8.5
2 x 3.06 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
64 Gb Memory
4 x 512 SD Drives
Pro Tools HDX 2 cards
4 x 16 x 16 HD I/O's
1 x Sync HD I/O
1 x Eleven Rack
1 x Sold State Logic Duality SE 48 Channel console.
