Since PT 10 is still a 32-bit program (ported to run in a 64-bit environment) it'll only see 3.9 gb of your ram anyway.
That being said, I'm quite happy with 12.4 HD on Win 10. Not officially supported, but everything works great. So does my PT10 co-install, by the way.
