New system

250GB PCIe Solid-State Drive (~500MB/s)
1TB PCIe Solid-State Drive (~500MB/s)
AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
18x SuperDrive
AirPort Extreme with Wi-Fi 802.11n + Bluetooth 2
High Sierra 10.13
2010/2011

Would this be a good combo to run protools 2018?

I have a similar(ish) system and I found PT2018 to be very stable.
I mostly do sound post.

Any GUI lag? I want to run dual monitors, hows that graphics card you use? Is it good for dual monitors?

No GUI lag.

I have two monitors, one LG (29" Ultrawide -29WK500-P with HDMI connection) and one BenQ (23" GL2440H with Mini Display port to HDMI).

The graphics card works fine. I upgraded it from the stock ATI Radeon HD 5770 card so that it would be Mojave compatible but I haven't moved to Mojave yet.
