I've been having a similar issue with my set up as well, and updating the billing address did not seem to solve it.

The marketplace would open with the maintenance announcement, but then if I click again it will show the xpand!2 plugin as an option. Click that, then click install, and I'm brought to a success screen that says it should be downloading and that I can check progress in the task manager, but it doesn't appear in the task manager and never installs, and clicking retry gets no results.

This happens on both installations and has continued for 2 days with multiple hard restarts and reinstallations I have of Pro Tools First on a macbook pro 10.10.5, and a windows 10 desktop. ISP is comcast.

I can confirm that this worked for me. For some reason my country was set to Albania in my billing/shipping address on my Avid Master account

I set it to Great Briton and it works as it should now!

Hi, I've updated my address on both Billing Address and Shipping Address, but still failed to access Xpand!2 plugin download page. Or this page is not available for countries out of UK?

I have the same problem with downloading the Xpand!2 to my PC with Windows 7. Have tried the billing update tip but with no success. Seems to be a country dependent problem since UK members can download without this maintenance message.

Disable your Windows firewall settings and download Xpand!2 plugins again.

You can also use any home address as it doesn't affect anything if your billing address isn't recognized by the Avid store. I have tried a few different ones and found a few that worked great.
