Default 101 error

Hi I recently purchased protools tool box with the audiomedia3 sound card..and now i can't use anythingelse on my computer if i try to play any other audio program ..the card is not available and also when i launch Ptools i get a 101 error..ather than that the program works great ..except that i cannot use ,cooledit.vst or anyother
program ..can anyone help?

Have you installed the device driver... so that windows sees the device as audio hardware..
