I just renewed......so where is my activation?

I just renewed my HD license. How long does it take to get the link to activate my plan? I am also missing my Vanilla PT on my log in page. Absolutely no details at all. That sub doesn't expire until February. Two different issues.

So there is no installer on your Avid account or just ilok account ?

Installer? Yes, there is a 12.6 PT installer, but that doesn't mean a thing unless I have a path to activation. Right now all I have in my account page is confirmation that I did indeed renew my sub, but I don't have any link for an activation, until then my iLok has my PT subscription as "Expired". I've started a support case.

So you have a monthly subscription which is not showing on your ilok account correct ? But it has been paid for this month yes ?
