Default "0" GEQ on sends on fader.

Hi.
Did not find it in the manual - but is there an option to "0" a Frequency in the GEQ when its on sends on fader?
Just one button and its to 0 position - is there none - or couldnt i find it?

As usual, Default+Sel resets fader to 0.

I thought if the sel is lit indicating it isn’t at “0” then hitting the sel brings it back to “0” or am I thinking of another console.

Its like me - thats what i thought as well...
That would be great if they could add this feature - why do we have to push 2 buttons to "0" it?

Hi,

The ALT/Default + Press behavior is the standard default procedure. It could be made a single press, but this would then be a new behavior to learn - and may also lead to some unexpected surprises when accidentally resetting GEQ frequencies...

Hmm - i know no other brand where u have to press a combination for resetting an GEQ Frequency - so everybody that comes from another desk does not need to learn another combination.
But ok - if this is the philosophy of Avid - i can live with that.

In this case just "Press" acts as a superset of "ALT/Default + Press", so it will continue working old way as well.
