Default Ok ive hit a brick wall....002 + ADAT (again!)

So i get the oo2R
hmm it apears that the ADAT brifges are frigging expensive!!
i have a choice..
If i get the Presonus DIGImaxLT that runs at 48K and the 002R and record at 24 48K, will i see a huge differance between that and my
001 and alesis AI3 running at 24 48 K
