Default Editing Midi Tempo Ruler

For PC: How do I raise or lower multiple tempo BPMs simultaneously with the trim tool and get whole numbers rather than whole numbers + complicated fractions? For example, when raising 57, 58, 60 by 4 BPM, the best I can get is 61.0794, 62.219, 64.2941 – when all I want is 61, 62, 64.

I know it’s possible, because it’s demonstrated on tutorial videos, but without detailing how to keep whole numbers. My reason is that it’s so much simpler to make additional edits w/o all those fractions.
