Default 2019.6 Automation writing issue

Hello all,

I'm encountering a strange automation issue in 2019.6. When writing any automation with a fader moves on an s6, protools isn't writing the actual automation. After the playback pass, protools seems to set a latch point in the last position of the fader move, then sets the value of the playback selection to that same value. Here are some screen shots showing what is happening,

Here is what the automation should look like after a move;

But this is what is actually written after a pass;

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Reopening the session fixes the issue for ~1-2hrs, then resumes again. We have fully reinstalled PT and are still experiencing the issue. Running PT Ultimate 2019.6 on Mac Pro trashcan with Mojave 10.14.5, with an s6.

Thanks!
Noah
