Ha! You asked for it!
At the risk of sounding like an old cracked 78....

1. Folders in the region list.
(For heavens sake its 2014 how hard can this be to implement and what wondrous joy and time-saving could it create.
I might even be happy about the support plan if this was on offer.)

2. Clip based EQ and even clip based FX!! imagine that?

Features that were available in the stone age in Avid Audiovision.. (well not the clip based fx obviously).

Pretty please in my lifetime.

ha! clip based EQ would save that oh [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] moment I had yesterday -- when I accidentally removed range (?) and

'automation has been written to end of sessions this is not undoable!'

( Audiovision was pretty good actually. apart from that one day it decided to unrecorded the afternoons VO recording,, oh joy! they were never found - not in the trash - they just 'disappeared' - common in the 90's ! happened on a studer dyaxis too!

actually clip based EQ is awesome!! saves soooo much time,,

for me if u want isotope buy it! dont make me pay for stuff I dont want!

unless its truly free!

track folders are also awesome - I use them on my other DAW

whats with havin the same views for editor and mixer - cant I lock my submasters to a surface then hide them in the edit window ( where I am not tooo interested to see them?? )

and customisable keyboard! I hate the Y key - ( why do I need that one next to the zoom keys? ☺ )

To keep you on your toes.

I actually use the y key every day, on purpose. I so think command s for save and s for cut tail is stupid tho. You know how many times I've accidentally cut a clip when I was trying to save?

I've thought a lot about seamless integration of spectrogram editing into a timeline. It's so obvious and needed. I think the real solution though is that iZotope should come out with a dialogue editing/SFX mastering workstation.

if I am not misktaken, the spectral editing is patented by cedar and izotope must license this technology to use in RX; hence the strategic partnership (as it was called) announced between the two companies a couple years ago.

actually I have fat ninja fingers! shift option 3.. shift option ciommand I....

quick keys has helped a bit.... but still need to go around 'standard key stroke' - would love to be able to map them how I want.

but basic stuff like mute - is a modifier and key... would love a key to toggle the automation follows edit.. no keystroke for that at all..

I guess u need a million dollar console b4 u get a button for that!

Yeah, couldn't resist. Your request sounded like you are asking for a trip to Mars after barely having left the steam engine era.

How about just dealing with all the bugs that currently exist That would be nice.

Hey, naysayer! It wasn't a request!

Wishful thinking...you know???

Anyway.... Lesson learned... Never post something along these lines... Nor type the words iPad app and EuCon close together! There is too much sour feelings and bitterness around this neighbourhood... :P

Pay your $599 to get that Avid annual support and to fund those bug fixes that you're so precious about! :P
