WAV file?
Hi eveyone out there in Pro Tools land... well, I'm finally getting through quite a bit with this great software having recently crossed over from Cakewalk... however, I've come up against a hitch... I can't seem to convert Pro Tools files into WAV files? Is this because I'm using the Essential version?? Or is there something I'm missing?
Thanks |

Re: WAV file?
In Pro Tools, go to the File Menu and choose Bounce to Disk. This is how Pro Tools exports your mix to a stereo interleaved WAV file.

Re: WAV file?
Hi Jared,

Re: WAV file?
Hi Jared,
Forget my last question... however, is there a way of quickening up the bounce to disc function... in Cakewalk files are converted within seconds... I don't need to hear my files in real-time while converting... can Pro-tools also do this? |
