Default How to properly install Pro Tools bundle into Windows

I have had a terrible time re-installing Pro Tools bundle. I don't have a disk other than the 11 Rack that came with the Rack and there is so much on the disk that I know I don't need such as 002 and 003 Rack Driver or 002 and 003 Driver, or do I.

I have the setup icon that will install Pro Tools but I don't know where to go after that. If someone has any advice please send it. I would very much appreciate it.

Does the disk have Pro Tools on it?(and what exact version). You need to register and create(assuming you purchased new) a MyAvid account anyway, and once that is done, you will have access to downloads of any drivers and software updates for your PT version. Since you are on Windows, there is 1 important step you may have missed(actually, a few, so let me review some). First step is to perform ALL the system tweaks that PT requires(like disabling USB power management, turning off SLEEP, Hibernation, Disk spin-down, etc). Download and install the iLok software and create an iLok account. Plug in your iLok2 and get it registered to your iLok account and make sure your Pro Tools license is on the iLok(or drag it there from the "Available licenses" area). Then install the driver for your interface. Then, explore the disk(or download) and find the Setup.exe file, right-click on it and select Run as Administrator. Once PT is installed, before running it, right-click on the PT icon and select Properties. Find the tab with these 2 items:
Always Run as Admin
Disable Desktop Composition
check both of those and give PT a try
