Default ADC, Short delay or Long dalay??

Which one should I chose?? is there any different when working in 48K or 96K session??

Depends on what plugs you use, some have a latency that short delay might not handle, if so the track that does it will go red in ADC view in mixer window. 96k sessions usually are double delayed and amount of delay also depends on your playback engine settings. More buffer size - more delay.
